Another bout of heavy rain has arrived and is coming in semi-horizontally…this is a very heavy squall here. Winds are gusting with more strength and frequency. The rain’s so heavy I can barely see to the top of Rutledge Tower right now. Ashley Ave. has suddenly started to go underwater…I think these conditions will be with us until 5. We’ve accumulated almost two tenths of an inch in the last ten minutes and I can see that trend continuing upward for a while.
